Jordan Holmes
Jordan worked many years for a family construction company before moving to New Jersey to begin a career in law enforcement in 2008. Jordan, along with his wife Stefanie and dog Sherlock, recently purchased their first home in Warren County and undertook renovations as a family. Besides being a NJ Licensed Home Inspector, Jordan has a Biological Science Degree from Michigan State University, is a DEP Certified Radon Measuring Technician, InterNACHI Certified Wood Destroying Insect Inspector, and FAA Certified Drone Pilot. With his tireless work ethic, honesty, integrity and attention to detail, Jordan provides important information to give you peace of mind for one of the biggest commitments of your life.

Stefanie Holmes
Stefanie is the backbone of Watson Home Inspection Services. She sacrificed her teaching career to become a stay at home mom and office manager. Stefanie doesn’t shy away from any task and has learned many construction skills while renovating their forever home in Lopatcong Township. Stefanie is a DEP Certified Radon Measuring Technician, InterNACHI Certified Mold Inspector and EPA Certified Lead Dust Sampling Technician. With all of her training and practical knowledge in the home renovation process, she can answer any questions you may have regarding all of our services. Stefanie is available 24/7 for follow up calls and will also set radon tests prior to your home inspection, ensuring you receive the fastest results possible.
