We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist. We catch common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Mold in your potential new home can pose a potential health risk if ignored. The air inside your home can be worse than the air outside if you have mold. Our inspections will find any possible areas of mold in the home. Three canisters used, additional canisters at $75 each.

You can be confident that every inch of your home will be inspected and the drone photos will be included in your easy-to-read home inspection report.
